Bush de Charmes is matured in oak barrels, which had previously been used to store white Burgundy wine, more specifically the famous Charmes Meursault. This maturation process allows the beer to develop an aromatic explosion of white and yellow fruit, with flowery and citrusy touches, as well as wine-like impressions contributed by the Chardonnay grape.
