Bush de Nuits is a Bush de Noël matured for 9 months in oak barrels that were previously used to mature Bourgogne de Nuits-St-Georges, a great Burgundy wine. The beer is deep amber in colour and has powerful aromas of ripe fruits. The taste is rich and full in the mouth.
